Life Development Track: DO LESS As A Life Strategy

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Do you experience moments (or tidal waves) of overwhelm in your life? Does your life – physically and/or emotionally – feel cluttered? Do you wish you could do less but still be creative, productive, inspired, fulfilled, and awesome? It is possible. In this session, Christine Koh will share her exploration and implementation of doing less as a life strategy, and how it has paid off personally and professionally. You will be challenged to reflect on the why behind what you do, and given the tools to reassess and recalibrate your behavior to do less — and ultimately remove the clutter that may be getting in the way of finding your path to true awesomeness.
